What Is Nickel Alloy

Jun 05, 2017

An alloy consisting of other elements by adding nickel as base. The Monel (Monel) alloy, which was produced around 30% Copper in 1905, was an earlier nickel alloy. Nickel has good mechanical, physical and chemical properties, adding suitable elements can improve its antioxidation, corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and improve some physical properties.

Nickel alloy can be used as electron tube material, precision alloy (magnetic alloy, precision resistance alloy, electric alloy, etc.), Ni-based high-temperature alloy and Ni-based corrosion-resistant alloy and shape memory alloy. Nickel alloys are widely used in energy development, chemicals, electronics, navigation, aerospace and other sectors.
